Who are we?
Servicing the greater Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas, Behavioral Intervention Specialists of Los Angeles (BISLA) provides in home, school and community based services for children ages 18 months old thru 15 years old who are diagnosed within the Autism spectrum and exhibit challenging behaviors.

Relly Golan, M.S.,
Clinical Director
Relly holds a Master in Behavioral Psychology from University of Judaism (Los Angeles, CA) with emphasis on Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). She has six years of experience treating children with Autism and other challenging behaviors and supporting their families. Prior to co-founding Behavioral Intervention Specialists of Los Angeles, LLC (BISLA) she was the Director of Behavioral Intervention (BI) services in a private agency. As a part of her role she oversaw the BI program, conducted Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), developed behavioral plans, and developed training manuals for parents, therapists, and school personnel. Before that, Relly worked as a supervisor and therapist both in a private setting and in school districts. Prior to her studies Relly served 2 years in the Israeli Navy.

Supervisors
All of our supervisors are with a Masters degree. They all have many years of experience in working with children with special needs, mainly children who are diagnosed with Autism or mental retardation. All the supervisors are either BCBA, LCSW, OT, or eligible to take the BCBA certification.

Therapists
All of our therapists have at least a BA degree in psychology or related fields. They are all well trained in the field of ABA and typically have many years of experience working with special needs children, including children with Autism, mental retardation, and other behavioral problems.

Eyal Golan, MBA
CEO
Eyal has a B.A In Mathematics and Computer Science and a Master's in Business and Administration from California State University, Northridge. In the past 10 years Eyal has worked in the financial industry for a broker agency. During his tenure he consulted to major financial institutions, and prior he managed software teams that developed large scale online services and websites. In addition he co-founded and ran the operation of an online service company. Before that Eyal worked as a software engineer in developing airborne systems for air force and for the navy. Eyal was a lieutenant in the Israeli navy where he served 6 years.
